Wine is made with the grapes. Ok, but what? It is important to show the way about our favourite wine from the vines, from the right clone for the type of ground, from the right density of the stumps thorugh the bunch of grapes ( only the goods ), until we appreciate it, in its aspect and taste in our glass. Scuropasso produces and bottles only Oltrepò Pavese wines D.O.C. 
This story starts in 1962 and goes on during the years at the service of the competence firts agrocultivation and then oenological, because the good wine is made only with good grape . We take care of the vineyard from the plant to the ripeness of the grapes, we harvest the grapese and we follow the begiinning of the wine-making with the respect of nature but also with the help of the vanguard technologies that save the genuineness of the final product with the guarantee the maximum sensorial testing quality.
